All users of the system belong to a stakeholder group such as senior management, employees, customers or partners.  The BoxesOS administrator can add new user and while adding, he can place that user into a particular stakeholder group.

Administrators can edit a user’s details and place him/her within another stakeholder group with the appropriate access level. At any time, administrators can grant and revoke the rights to view particular feature, tabs and boxes by editing a stakeholder or user.
